Message Direction and Coloring Scheme
Xeams indicates arrows with different colors schemes when viewing messages in Message Repository. These arrows are only displayed when messages are viewed in Compact format. Following table display what each arrow and their color mean.
Important
Ensure the messages are displayed in Compact View. These arrows are not displayed otherwise.| Arrow/Color | Description |
|---|---|
| Inbound emails received by primary Xeams | |
| Inbound emails received by slave Xeams. This is applicable when Clustering is used | |
| Outbound emails sent out from primary Xeams | |
| Outbound email sent out from slave Xeams. This is applicable when Clustering is used | |
| Internal email processed by primary Xeams | |
| Internal email processed by slave Xeams. This is applicable when Clustering is used |
