I want to see more messages in the repository
By default, Xeams will only display messages received in the past 3 days when you click View All for any category. This is done by design to conserve memory.
Use the following steps to change this setting:
- Log in as admin
- Click Message Retention under Server Configuration
- Modify the value for Message Cache Days to a higher number
Searching Older Message
Message cache is used when you are trying to look for messages without specifying any search criteria. This cache is not used when searching and therefore, this configuration is not applicable when you search messages by specifying a date range.
