When using Xeams subscription, you can turn on auto-renewal, which automatically renews your license a few days before it expires. The actual purchase is always initiated by the instance of Xeams running on your network. Credit card information is not stored on any server at Synametrics' site but on the same machine where Xeams is running on your end, which is done by design for security.
