Replying to a message from: Synametrics Support

Ken,

Please send us the following two things via email.

  1. A screenshot of your Smart Host screen displaying the configuration
  2. Send a test message to someone on the Internet. It is very likely this email will get queued in Outbound Message Queue. Using Windows Explorer, go to C:\Xeams\OutboundMailQueue and send us the most recent message (which will be your test) you see in that folder.
