I'm using Xeams several years by now. It's running the newest version. I'm using a smarthost for sending e-mails.

Till the end of october 2024 I have problems with smarthost. The smarthost test at Xeams admin GUI is running well and successfully. The test e-mail ist recieving the recipient. But e-mails sent by Xeams users aren't been delivered to the recipient.

Try entering your password again in the Smarthost screen and hit save. Then, click the "Test" button to confirm you don't get an error.

I meant since the end of Octover 2024 I have problems with sending e-mail via smarthost. ... Sorry, English is not my native language.

Martin,

Click Server Configuration/Manage Outbound Queue. Do you see messages getting pilled up in here? What happens if you click the "Retry" button on one of those stuck messages?

Thanks for the advice! The emails are stored at this queue. On retrying an email I'm getting this error:

Error: Final recipient: <recipients e-mail address> - Unable to connect to remote SMTP server. Exception reading response

At the smarthost I'm seeing a short response, too. But it seems that message just ist not submitted or transported.

Martin,

Please email our support department using the method mentioned at https://www.xeams.com/supportcontact.htm. When submitting a request, ensure you include the log files.

The logs may give us some hints as to what is happening.
