We need to update the credit card number we use for our auto-renewal.  I looked around the web interface but I don't see a place where we can do that.  What's the right way to do this?

Please follow the instructions below to do this:

1. In Xeams, hover your mouse over Tools, then click on About Xeams.

2. Here, click on Add Users (or Renew).

3. You should see the "Purchase Options" page. Here, just click on Submit. If you get a warning saying the renewal is not up yet, click on the "Click Here" link to proceed.

4. Your credit card info should now be displayed. Make the changes here, then make sure to check the option that says "Save only. Do not purchase."

5. Once that option is checked, click on Proceed. The credit card info should now be updated.
