I user XEAMS Speam firewall

How can I DO it?
Received email TO EXCHANGE SERVER
But do not send mail from EXAMS to the outside world.

Or 
don't Send any mail 
except report

i don't want use xeams to send any mail . Except for reports from xeams to account user

But Receiving Mails From firewall to exchanges Server.

Now i can Receiving Mails From firewall to exchanges Server, but it  can be use cmd   to  send mail to account user from xeams. 

How can i disable send any mail from exams to internet (or  intranet) any  user?
