I have just install Xeams on Debian 10

I requested an SSL from Lets Encrypt, restarted Xeams. Everything was successful ... until I reload the website and it said that the SSL cert was invalid. When I looked at the cert it says that it is valid from Mon, 30 Sep 2024 01:54:43 GMT. I am in the Eastern time zone (which I believe is GMT -4) in the US. I request the cert about 15 minutes prior to making this post. The time on my server is correct As I type this it is about 2314 (11:14 pm) Sun Sept 29.

What do I need to do to correct this issue.

Thank You

Hello,

What is the reason for the cert being invalid? There could be multiple reasons:

  • Certificate is expired
  • The CA who signed the certificate is not trusted
  • The certificate is issued for a different domain

Moreover, ensure you:

  • Did not check the box for "Test Certificate" while creating the cert. Check the image below.
  • You are connecting to your Xeams interface using the hostname the certificate is issued for. Using a different hostname will result in an error.

I was enabling the "Test Certificate". I just renewed without enabling "Test Certificate" and now not getting the invalid certificate error.

Thank You
