Hi Everyone

Can I restore Spam mail ?

I can find the good message or junk message from the Message Repository

I can not see the junk with the "View all juck" and with Search message.

My question is.
If an email is mistakenly identified as spam.
How do I send an email to the original recipient without having to resend it?

Yes, users can restore their own emails. There are two ways to do that:

  1. Configure the user so they get quarantine reports at least once a day. They can mark their messages or restore right from this email.
  2. Have them log into their account. They can then search for missing emails and restore them.

Thanks

But in the second way

When User login to the web console.

Data collected doesn't show any data. ( Is that correct ?)

but I can Search the mail and restore them.

Are you using Xeams as stand-alone or in firewall mode?

Your user ID is "max" and not a full email address. Typically, a user is identified as the full email address and not just the first part of their email. I wonder if somehow two accounts have been created for "max": one with a full email address and another with just "max".

If you emails are getting associated with the wrong account, you won't see any data when logged in as the other.
