Hi all, i have installed Xeams on my QNAP (TS-231K, firmware 4.5.1) with the package downloaded from this site (version 7, build 6081). The product registration doesn't works, so i have manually requested a license, with the form provided in another topic. But even if i have the serial number, i cannot go on... Every operation i made, the system returns to the product registration page... After inserting the serial a page with the environment settings is shown, but i can't go on, and every link i click forwards to registration again... I have read another topic and i tried to insert the serial directly into the AppConfig.xml file, but nothing has changed... Is there a solution for this issue? The NAS is connected to internet via router... Thank you |

p.s. if i click the "home" link located in footer i am able to see the "Administrator control panel" tab, but if i click on every other link... the registration page comes again... |

Hello, I have the same problem as Chris. I tried with the latest version of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. I copied and pasted the company name from my registration email. |
