High-Volume Outbound Emails


Occasionally, organizations must send hundreds of thousands or even millions of emails to their customers. The high-volume outbound email feature tries to send outbound emails as quickly as possible.

Important!

This feature is only available in the Enterprise Edition of Xeams with at least 20 users.

Enabling High-Volume Emails

Use the following steps to enable this feature:

  • Log in as an administrator
  • Click Server Configuration/SMTP Server Configuration
  • Select the Advanced tab
  • Check High Volume Outbound
