You can only see the IP addresses if at least one of them is blocked. In other words, the button does not become visible until there is some data to be displayed. Try the following:

  • Log in to the web interface from any machine. Make sure you're able to access the web interface.
  • Then, try connecting from a different machine/network and put incorrect passwords. By default, Xeams will block the IP after five attempts.
  • Using the web interface from the first machine, click Server Configuration/Manage Alerts
  • You should now see a button that says "View IP". See image below.
