I feel the configuration was either corrupted or wiped out during the QTS update. Xeams makes a backup of its configuration to /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Xeams/config/archive folder. Do you see any files in this location? If yes, extract the contents of the last good backup from this folder and replace it with files in /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Xeams/config folder.

It is always a good idea to back up the "config" folder in Xeams to a different location in case mishaps like this happen.
