Dear Xeams-Team, hey everybody,

 

our prior admin set up Xeams as a Mail-Archive, no Input/Output just Drag&Drop from external mail server inbox to local folder structure on local Xeams instance.

 

Xeams runs on an QNAP in our network. Yesterday I upgraded qts to QTS 5.0.1 2277.

After that the clients could not log into Xeams.

As I opened the admin console, the first setup wizard opened. I entered all settings as before.

 -> All user accounts were gone

 

I recreated one of the accounts and now the login is working, the folder structure is visible, but all folders are empty.

The data is still there, the Qnap App Center shows approx. the right database size.

 

I really hope somebody has an idea what happened here and how to fix it.

Here are some of my ideas:

 

1. Xeams got partially or fully reset during the update

2. The user accounts got deleted, and the new users are not associated with the old database anymore
