We sent a reply back to your email address on Feb 07 - did you not get that? Could you please check your junk folder in case it went there? In any case, I had two comments in my reply:

  1. We were not able to open the EML file you sent. For some reason, it had corrupted contents.
  2. I see you're using port 465, which is encrypted. Therefore, You need to check "Use SSL/TLS" in order for it to work. Try checking that box.
