Wi have an issue all our  cpanel servers that connect to xeams smarthost ,
when trying to forward an email to Gmail account the mail is out from xeams  but never arived to Gmail
when we disonnect the server from xeams smarthost its  arived to Gmail
This happens with every domain on the servers

Emails that sent straight from a mail box going through just fine just forward  and just to Gmail

I would love to see a solution to this.  I use Xeams at home and simply want mail sent to my daughter to be forwarded to her Gmail address to, but it always fails.  I have even tried a rule in my Outlook to forward to her, but those emails just sit in the outbound queue.  I am sending via a 3rd party smarthost.

Try the following:

  • Refer to https://www.xeams.com/troubleshootingoutbound.htm for some tips
  • Go to Message Repository > Manage Outbound Queue. You will see stuck messages on this screen. Try sending one out manually. It should display an error on the following screen. What is that error?
