Bilgin, Xeams needs Internet connection for registration to complete. If your QNAP is not connected to the Internet, it won't be able to complete the registration. Please contact our support department and send them your AppConfig.xml, which should be located in /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Xeams/config folder. We can insert a serial number in this file and send it back to you. |

Hello, I have the same problem. My NAS has internet connection, yet the registration does not work. I registered directly on the homepage, but as soon as I enter the info incl. license key in Xeams and complete the process, I am always redirected to the registration page as soon as I click on any link. I also tried to enter the license key manually into the config file, but even then the behavior doesn't change. Please help me. |
