Xeams is disabling filtering by itself: ERROR rulesengine.x - Disabling filtering due to restricted license
I have installed Xeams in a new server. I have entered the serial number from my old server (don't know if this is the correct way or not) I run the Community edition with 5 active users. What should I do ? |

Oliver, Go to About Xeams under Tools. What is the value of Active User Count? Xeams will not allow filtering messages if this value is over 5. Please note that filtering is only available if:
