Xeams is disabling filtering by itself: ERROR rulesengine.x - Disabling filtering due to restricted license

I have installed Xeams in a new server. I have entered the serial number from my old server (don't know if this is the correct way or not)

I run the Community edition with 5 active users.

What should I do ?
