Go to About Xeams under Tools. What is the value of Active User Count? Xeams will not allow filtering messages if this value is over 5. Please note that filtering is only available if:

• You are using Xeams in a non-commercial environment, AND
• You have 5 or less users. Check http://www.xeams.com/user-license.htm to see how is this number calculated
