Hello people :)

Our Xeams installed as an app on Qnap device.

All Xeams's customers in to mail with the same IP.
All connections internal and external in system log with one IP.
Customer want change NAT to bridge that Xeams will be in his local
network and all clients can connect to mail with local IP and customer
will see each other connection.

How I can disable NAT for Xeams in containter Station?

Artur,

There are two packages for QNAP. One that was created by Synametrics and another that was created by some one not associated with us and comes with QNAP. The package that comes with QNAP uses Container Station, which runs Xeams in a virtual environment that puts quite a few restrictions on what you can and cannot do. One such restriction is the bridged network you mentioned.

I recommend using the QNAP package available from our download site. That package does not require container station and will, therefore, not have this restriction. Visit http://xeams.com/XeamsDownload.htm to download a package for QNAP.

Unfortunately, the approach stated above does not work. Even thinking I recently installed the Xeams package from direct download from Xeams site, the 1st time the QNAP NAS required a re-start (which was today, as QNAP re-start necessary at times), a QNAP system message pop-up stating that Container Station MUST start prior to Xeams load. Pop-up message asking to proceed with Container Station, Y/N? Choosing No, nothing happens. Choosing Yes, QNAP automatically start Container Station and loads Xeams in the process.
