Hi All, I have installed and configured Xeams on a QNAP TS-651 and email is working fine. I bought an SSL cert and installed it (I followed the instruction http://www.xeams.com/usingssl.htm) and all is working fine whenever I use an open source client, like thunderbird, from my Windows 8.1 Pro x64 or AquaMail from an Adroid 4.4 device, using the settings as follows: Listening port (SSL): Port 993 (strict check) Secure SMTP Port: Port 465 (strict check) Also SSL email connections using Winxp +outlook 2010 or 2013 work without any problem but Windows 8.1 Pro x64 + outlook 2010 or 2013 just will not connect. I wil get the following errors in Outlook: - Log onto incoming mail server (IMAP): A secure connection to the server cannot be established. - Send test e-mail message: Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Perhaps this is a cipher related issue between Xeams and Microsoft. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this problem in Outlook, Windows 8.1 or Xeams (eg adjusted keystore)? thanks a lot and best regards
