I'd first like to recommend you upgrade Xeams on your end to the latest build, which is 6009. If you still run into this issue, please download the sample email, zip it into one archive and send it to us via email.

Additionally, is this problem only occuring in the web interface or even in the email when viewed through Outlook/Thunderbird?
