Replying to a message from: Synametrics Support

We have discovered a problem with the latest build that causes Xeams to hang during startup. It only happens if outbound port UDP 123 is blocked by a firewall. To fix, please download http://xeams.com/files/Xeams.jar and place it in the $INSTALL_DIR/lib folder.  You will have to stop Xeams before replacing the file.
