Replying to a message from: Synametrics Support

Jian contacted us via email besides posting this message. Before we could reach him, he had already downgraded Xeams to build 6000 by restoring his VM and therefore, we lost the logs. However, we asked him to upgrade again and it went fine. According to his last email, he might have typed HTTP instead of HTTPS in the browser's address bar.

A note to Michael and Carsten. Please refer to Xeams.log and let us know if you see any errors in the log file. Please contact our support via email if you cannot see any obvious errors in the log.
