Which Xeams package are you using? The one that comes with QNAP or the one that gets downloaded from our website?

In any case, here is an alternate method of terminating Xeams:

• Connect to your QNAP using SSH
• Type the following command:
  
  wget http://localhost:5272/FrontController?operation=terminate
  
  
• This will terminate Xeams
