There is no difference in the installer for Xeams Community and Enterprise Edition. It will run as if you have purchased the Enterprise Edition for the first 30 days. It will then get converted to Community Edition unless a license is purchased.
Build 5970 is an interim release number. I am sure this number will go up before it's made publicly available. What is your other feature request? We will try putting that in if it does not require too much work.
