Please refer to QuarantineReports.log under Tools, View Logs and check the times when they are being generated. Every user can be configured to receive multiple times in a day. However, if they are only supposed to get it once, the QuarantineReport.log should have those entries.

Please contact our support department via email if you cannot figure this out by looking at the log file. Make sure you include your logs when sending us an email.
