Which QNAP package are you using? The one that comes with QNAP or you downloaded it from our site? If you downloaded the package from our site, check /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Xeams/logs/Xeams.log for errors.

Contact our support team via email if you cannot find this file or it does not have any useful error message. We will have to further investigate this issue.
