Use the following steps to search messages scored between 1000 and 3000.

• Click Search Messages under Message Repository
• Select Score for Search Field
• Enter the upper and lower limit separated by a comma. For example, 1000,3000

Note: The comma separator will only work if you are using build 5934 or above. Use a dash (-) if you are using an older version.
