Filtering continuously disabled.

All of a sudden filtering stopped working (again).

I went ahead and reinstalled Xeams (without a proper uninstall), and went through the configuration. It's working...

But, filtering got disabled again (Filter Management > Score Configuration > Enable Filter)

Every time I enable it, it's disabled shortly thereafter. 

I only show 2 Xeam-based Users. 1 user has 9 associations, and the other user has 2 associations. I recently created another pop3 account (on my mail server, not Xeams) and I believe this may have triggered the filtering to be disabled -- or it's just a coincidence.  I currently have ~10 domains and most of the email accounts are forwards. There are only a few actual pop3 accounts. 

What would be the appropriate course of action to fix?
