Replying to a message from: Anthony

Received the following email from my server this evening and filtering did indeed stop. 

Your copy of Xeams has switched from Enterprise to Community edition. As a result, email filtering will be disabled.

The thing is, I only have 5 users in my Active User Count.  I thought if the user count was 5 or lower the product would still filter, according to the licensing page.  Ran the server configuration diagnostic check and everything passes.  Tried to Contact support via email w/in Xeams by clicking the "click here" button next to "Need Help?" under Tools->About and that errors out with the following "Unable to send email to support.  An internal error occurred.  Refer to the logs files for details" but have no idea what I would be looking for in all of them.  I'm pretty much stuck as spam flows in at this point, any help would be appreciated.
