Which SMTP server are you using in Xeams - Proxy or regular? If it is regular, ensure you have configured the domain name correctly. If Xeams does not know where your next SMTP server is, it won't be able to deliver the message. There are two locations you should check:
- The Domains tab under SMTP Configuration
- Manage Local Host File under Server Configuration
