We're new to Xeams and installed this yesterday, some outgoing messages work, but now most of them fail and are stuck in the queue.

We are using a smarthost, and when retrying we receive the Error: Unable to connect to remote SMTP server. Exception reading response.

Any idea how we can fix this?
