Has anyone else had trouble accessing the console on the VM image? I am successfully running the VM under VirtualBox and can get to the Admin web page, but the console credentials fail. I've tried restarting, checked num lock and caps;; everything I can think of and it just never works. Using the values provided in the documentation, I get: synavm01 login: xeams Password: p@ssword123 [display supressed, but checked many times for accuracy] Login incorrect synavm01 login:

Are you trying to log in to the VM OS or the Xeams' web interface? Credentials for the OS login via SSH are mentioned at https://web.synametrics.com/virtual-machines.htm If you're trying to log in to Xeams' web interface, the login ID is 'admin' and the password you specified during setup. In case you need to reset the password, refer to https://www.xeams.com/resetpassword.htm
