Hello Xeams users, Since the last upgrade to Xeams 8.2, I cannot get the daily SPAM reports to all the users anymore, I get the message in /opt/Xeams/logs/QuarantineReports.log "No spam messages for <email> found. Will skip sending". Also very strange is that the user, when logged into the portal, he sees spam, possible spam, good mails as counters, clicking on these counters does not show any mails. But when the user is using Search messages, the spam/possible spam/good mails are found then. So, has something changed with version 8.2 with the users quarantine reports? For every users involved I have enabled the "Send Quarantine Report" and have the default schedule at midnight active when I edit the user. Thank you, Peter |

Peter, This appears to be an isolated situation. We have not received reports from any other user regarding this. Could you please reach out to our support department via email using the method specified on https://www.xeams.com/SupportContact.htm . Ensure you leave the send logs box when generating the message. Also, let us know which users are having this problem. |

Hi,
I guess you have the same problem as me. I can send and recive e-mails. The only problem I had was that summary reports get stuck in the outbound queue. I was breaking my head on why. It seems that in 8.2 6227 its is either a bug or a feature.
I always had my domain + IP in the local hos file and xeams is running off premise. Port 25 on my on-premise is closed that is why I have always used the proxy delivering e-mails first to Xeams and that seams knows to proxy on my on-premise port. With the new relase the summary stopped working. But now it works find. The solution is to add the ip in the local hos config: Server Configuration -> Manage local host file Instead of (which i always had) Domainname + IP I changed this to Domainname + IP:port, now i get de summary reporst again. Looks like the entry on the proxy tab where the actual mail server and port are defined are not used in thes version to send the summary.
Cheers,
Hope this helps.

wow, Been troubleshooting this all night!
Your workaround fixed my issue. it started last night (4/28) after it looks like my system upraded (no clue why..)
I also noticed an error in Xeams.log about a profile. I did not have this error before.
Outbound queue is now empty and I see my daily reports.

Hi hemant, After a long time I had the time to troubleshoot this problem again. Once I added an Active DIrectory Server to Xeams and imported the users there. So I have seen that all users have a label with "ldap" in front. I deleted all users and associations and recreated them locally again. If someone have the same problem here, this would be the solution... Greetings, |
