Is this happening with every email or just a handful?

Try the following:

  • Log in as 'admin'
  • Click Home. This will change the URL to ...operation=60
  • Manually change the URL to ...operation=210
  • Select your user ID and click Display
  • The following page will display folders in your user's repository. Click View to display the contents of a folder.
  • Do you see duplicates here? You should be able to tell from looking at the Date and Size column. You can event click the magnifying glass icon in the last column to see the contents of the message.
