Installed Xeams on Ubuntu 16.04

Cant get past registration page

server has internet access

the manual registration page doesn’t load 

Could you please contact our support department via email and send us the Xeams.log file, which should be in /opt/Xeams/logs/Xeams.log . In fact, I recommend you try it one more time and then send us the log file right away. This way the error will be towards the end of the file and it will be easier to locate the errors.

tried it again this morning following your suggestion, and it has worked allowed me to register thanks
