I have a question and I'm hoping its an easy solution.

our ISP changed their SMTP server hostnames (we were using them as a smart host) and when that change happened about 600+ messages backed up in the outgoing queue.  I changed the smart host to the new info and new messages are going out fine now.  but the same 600+ messages are stuck in the queue.  in the logs I can see they are still retrying to send to the old hostname.

restarting the server and XEAMS didn't change this.

any suggestions?  I'd rather not at this point tell everyone that sent messages in that 24 hour window they need to do it all over and I don't see any other easy way to resend whats in that outbound queue.

Sorry for digging but I've got the same problem today. v8.5 build 6250.

I have some message in the outbound queue, I updated my smarthost, new messages are going through the new one, but the old one are stuck with the old smarthost.

What can we do ?

Enter to outbound folder in xeams installation folder, you will see all the pending emails , you must enter to each one and change the smart host address from there.
