Hi all, I've got some devices connected to Xeams using STMP and IMAP but I'm not receiving notifications about new emails. It seems the IMAP server is not letting the clients know about new emails. Are you guys facing this issue? Cheers, rbdev |

Xeams contains many log files. Check SMTPConversation.log and ImapConversation.log to confirm if your client is connected. Log files are stored in $INSTALL_DIR\logs folder

SMTPConversation.log and ImapConversation.log are massive and have many instructions.
Doesn't look like there are errors/fails. What should I be looking for?

A typical IMAP client should query the server once in a while to see if new messages have arrived. Which IMAP client are you using? |

I'm receiving emails hours after arrival. most of the time I only find out because I force refresh.

Go to the "Accounts" setting on your iPhone and ensure the "Fetch New Data" setting is set to "Fetch". |
