Can someone just give me a link to the documentation on how to use the webmail client. I can get signed in, see emails, and do a few things, but I have no idea how to delete emails or move them to any kind of archive folder.

I guess you don't need to worry about it, since the web interface wasn't functional, I just setup gmail to pull it all via POP.
