Is there a way with the new blocking feature to block IPs in the community edition, of smually add to the blocking file if I could find it.

What is your end goal? Is it to:

• Deny connection from a bad IP?
• Let the sender connect and send an email but put that email in junk?

For the second type, simply add the IP in the blacklist.
