hi all,Some ppl might like this feature but I do not.

zit's confusing and abnormal compared to any other email service.

from the directory in the email box to the functionality itself.

How do I completely remove/turn off possiblespam?

Steps to disable Possible Spam

  • Go to Score Configuration under Filter Management
  • Set the score for Possible spam threshold to 99 (1 less than Spam threshold)
  • Go to Action Managment under Message Repository
  • Set the Action for Possible spam to No action
