Hello Guys, i´m receiving many email like <myemail@mydomain.com.br, and many of my clients is receiving spam like that, how can i block  this? If i add on the Sender Filters the High score something with < on the sender it will work? Won´t block normal emails?

A simple example of the spam that i´m receiving.

What can i do to block content like this but not block good content?
