I've recently imported our entire user list from AD and are now experiencing issues with our Quarantine reports...
Prior to the bulk import, we were testing with only a handful of users and the quarantine reports were delivering successfully and at the specified time.
Since the bulk import, quarantine reports are being sent to the same user 4/5 times and at random times of the day instead of the specified time of midnight. |

AT, Please refer to QuarantineReports.log under Tools, View Logs and check the times when they are being generated. Every user can be configured to receive multiple times in a day. However, if they are only supposed to get it once, the QuarantineReport.log should have those entries. Please contact our support department via email if you cannot figure this out by looking at the log file. Make sure you include your logs when sending us an email. |

Reports are being generated at all times throughout the day, and often multiple times per user...
As set by the QR schedule, each user should only receive one report at midnight |
