Hello! It was problem after update to version 5.9, build 5934 with Outbound queue. When I go to Message Repository - Outbound queue: Outbound queue is empty. But there are some *.eml files in $INSTALLDIR/OutboundMailQueue folder. And Diagnostic Check shows that "There are 2 message(s) in the outbound queue". What wrong with it? Xeams installed on Ubuntu 16.04. Thank you in advance. |

Klyukin, Do you have multiple profiles? If yes, make sure you select the right profile before displaying the Outbound Queue. Every menu item under Message Repository is profile specific. If this is not the case, contact our support department via email as we will have to further investigate this issue.
