We only want to use Xeams as an archive for older emails. Therefore we set up Xeams locally, created several users and started to move emails from our providers account into the Xeams user account via Thunderbird.

The transfer of the emails always stops after a certain amount of emails with a timeout. That can be after just 5 or sometimes also 60. Therefore it is almost impossible to move a few thousand emails into Xeams. I couldn't find a setting in Xeams that would help me nor did I find anything in the forum about a similar problem.

The emails I just copy into Xeams are also not shown in the Xeams Admin Console. Can someone help me or is it just not possible to do what we want?

Don't use Thunderbird. Instead, use the POP3 fetcher feature in Xeams to pull emails into Xeams. Check http://www.xeams.com/pop3fetcher.htm for details.

The POP3fetcher unfortunately only fetches incoming mails. We would like to have the outgoing mails archived too.
