Considering we are paying for xeams the support from this forum is terrible - i posted a question over a week ago and still no response

 

i would have accepted that had the product been free but your now taking our money - please get it sorted!

I sincerely apologize for a delayed response. I am going to answer to your original post right after I am done with this post.

May I recommend using either email or phone if you need a quick reply. Messages received via email go into our ticketing system and typically answered in a more systemic way. This forum serves a platform for users to share their experience and occasionally we forget to answer them.
