I have had support from you before. Sometime last night the xeams stopped working. I restarted. The server now processes messages, but the webConsole refuse to load. I rolled back two days of config and tried again. Same result. I tried manually upgrade as described in another post here. Doesn't work. How do i get the AdminConsole back on its feet? |

Got it working after super manual upgrade... should not be necesarry... |

You are correct - this should not happen. If this happens again, send us the log files from $INSTALL_DIR\logs folder. Send them via email to our support department. |
