I'm the Administrator for our company with Xeams & for some reason I stopped getting the daily reports of what Xeams blocked from my email.  Everyone else (I think) is still getting theirs.  How can I reset that so I get those reports for my email?  This just started happening in the last month.

Heidi,

Check http://www.xeams.com/summary-report.htm for possible reasons for not getting report. If this does not help, try manually patching Xeams by following instructions on http://www.xeams.com/ManuallyPatching.htm . This is a newer build and contains a new log file for QuarantineReports.log . This file will help troubleshoot this problem.

This build (the one you will get from manual patching) is a candidate release for v5.8, which will be most likely released next week.
